City College of San Francisco runs the oldest and one of the most respected Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management programs in the United States. Founded in 1936, the program was one of the country’s first culinary schools.
City College of San Francisco’s Culinary Arts and Hospitality program has ever-changing menus in its restaurants and cafeteria throughout its campuses across San Francisco.
Since its inception, an innumerable amount of students have passed through its doors and gone on to work in top hotels, restaurants, and companies around the world.
We speak with the dedicated CCSF staff, students, and local restauranteur and CCSF alumni Jeff Hanak who share their experiences of the prestigious CCSF program.
