Our Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts programme offers the perfect blend of entrepreneurial learning and fundamental culinary skills.

The course includes over 1,100 kitchen hours over a 3-year period, 2 internships as well as 3 modules delivered in collaboration with Ritz Paris. At the end of the 3 years, you will be prepared to dominate the culinary world, from the kitchen to the boardroom!
